Greetings all,

                First off, there will be a DCs meeting on July 25,2011, 7:30
PM, at the Fire Training Center. The topic of discussion will be the
upcoming County Emergency Expo. All are welcome to attend. Next is the
Carroll County Health Department Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) Anthrax
Drill at the departments offices on August 9th between the hours of 11 AM
and 2 PM. We have been invited to participate in this drill. It should take
no longer than 15 to 20 minutes max each to be processed through. This is a
Point of Dispensing (POD) drill. The POD is used for the mass distribution
of medications to the public in case of emergency. The address for the
health department is 209 South Center Street, Westminister.  For ARES/RACES
members who can attend it is an opportunity to see a POD in action; as we do
supply emergency communications for the PODs. If there any questions either
