Yeah that works for me - especially if it does CW on 160m.  Often I could use a 
few more dB just to get above the noise.  


Most of us dabble in QRP because we are interested in building our own rigs, not 
because of a particular power level.  But I also confess to being an 'appliance 
operator' as well, and the majority of my operating is at 100 watts.  But it is 
also cool to grab a 5 watt rig that I assembled and work the world with it.   

Its all cool stuff - and I hope the Feb meeting is about something else.

I was impressed by the rig, especially by the fact that it was capable of ssb as 

well as digimodes as long as you had it configured properly. The band scope 
feature was a nice to have too. 


All in all, a very nicely packaged product for the QRP enthusiast.

I am interested in QRP just haven't found the right project with my time/budget 
constraints.
