[K3PZN-List] Tech license class

I don't know if we have any plans out there for a class, as it has been a 
while.  


Definitely we should find out if the prospective ham needs help in just a few 
areas, or really needs a complete course.  


I do realize some folk learn better amongst multiple students etc.  

For the rules/regulations Scott has the right idea to learn from questions and 
answers, but for the more technical stuff an explanation often helps.  


If he merely needed some coaching, we could see if a few of us could each cover 
something with him in separate meetings.
