[K3PZN-List] Feb Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 19:35 hours. There were 13 members 
present.

W3GVX gave the treasurer's report.

There was no unfinished business.

WO3L gave a presentation on the current CCARC repeaters and a proposal 
to replace the existing 145.410 and 449.875 repeaters.

N3TOT made a motion to allocate up to $4,000 from the repeater 
replacement fund for the repeater replacement. K3KWO seconded. Further 
consideration was postponed until next month in accordance with the 
bylaw provision on major business.

The meeting was adjourned at 20:45.
