[K3PZN-List] Help with Noise on 160M - Finksburg Area

To all:
           I also live in the Finksburg area. I hear strong noise on the AM broadcast band between Sandymount Rd. and Green Mill road. I feel sure it is the the high voltage power distribution system. I wonder if BGE still has a department that handles RF noise caused by arcing?
