Hi John,
The new satellite will have strong signals
on 2m and 440, including standard FM as on
your HT, pre-recorded messages, a public
transponder/repeater, telemetry (both house-
keeping and experiment types in voice, CW
and BPSK modes), and more good stuff.
Lots of info for you at the following links:

Sorry that for the non-HTML mailreaders that
my Pass columns got changed to rows. No biggie;
all data offered is still in order as given.
And you can go to that satellite pass link at
amsat.org to recompute ISS passes for yourself
for anytime.
More questions? I'd be glad to chat!
Enjoy!
Cheers,
Pat
P.S. As I listen to the EVA events on NASA TV
unfolding now, there is a delay in the deploy
because of an external antenna issue on the
ARISSat-1. I hope they can resolve it and
release it today during the same EVA. More
on this in the news as it continues to unfold.

Pat,
Sounds interesting but what frequency will it be
on? Will it be narrowband FM?
