[K3PZN-List] Repeater Links

This weekend I managed to get my head around the linking logic and
re-write the macros. The links should now follow the PL state of the
receiver the user is on, so if you satisfy the condition of the band you
are using you will also come out any of the links that are enabled.

Here are the link codes for reference, please ID before punching codes
and when done with a link turn it off.
    62* = link 6m and 2m
    67* = link 6m and 70cm
    27* = link 2m and 70cm
    627* = link all 3 repeaters
    60* = unlink 6m
    20* = unlink 2m
    70* = unlink 70cm
    6270* = unlink all

The courtesy tone you hear is actually 2 parts - the first half is the
receiver's then second the transmitter. The tones are roughly
2800Hz=UHF, 1800Hz=2m, 800=6m. After a little practice listening this
can help identify which band another station is on and which band you
are listening to.
