[K3PZN-List] 1.2 GHz Equipment

I'm looking to get a hold of some equipment for a project. My need is
immediate. Might any of you have one or both lying around?

 

Signal generator, 1.25 GHz with pulse modulation capability (1 uS pulse
width, 1 kHz rep rate).

Linear power amplifier capable of a peak power of at least 1 watt,
preferably 10 watts (100 watts is OK) when driven by above signal generator.
