[K3PZN-List] CCARC Ham fest

With BARC and other clubs doing such a good job with regular testing sessions, 
and in addition to using the Laurel VEC - why would anyone want to pay to take a 
test at a hamfest ?  We should query our ham-fest junkies to see how many 
hamfests are doing testing, as it strikes me that folk have better options.
