[K3PZN-List] Logging software

I don't have any linux background but maybe others can help. I suspect experience is around on using a windows emulator with linux and running windows applications?

Do insist on using a logging program that imports and exports an .adi format - just in case you need to switch logging programs in the future.

You may wish to acquire a modest windows machine - as exceptional software is readily available for every ham radio function - and it does not take vast computing hardware for most functions.

Subject: [K3PZN-List] Logging software

While we're on the topic of logging software... I happen to be in search of
a good program for general QSO logging (although something that's capable of
doing contest logging as well certainly wouldn't hurt). I'd prefer something
that'll run in a console environment so I can run it on my server, but I'm
open to anything that'll run on linux.

My less than optimal results so far:
cqrlog: I'd have to manually compile and install a 32-bit version of hamlib
tlf: I can't manage to figure out how it's supposed to work, and the
documentation isn't much help to that extent
yfklog: works fine with the exception of a few fields I'd like to see added
in... except it can't actually write files

Any thoughts?
