[K3PZN-List] Snowstorm Update

Hi Folks;

Thanks to all who responded - I was able to give Chrissy a nice list  
of people and what capabilities they have. I'm still taking names if  
anyone who didn't respond earlier is available to help.

I'll have more information about our role tomorrow morning, and I'll  
post that info here. If (again -- IF) we're asked to deploy, we'll do  
so before the blizzard conditions make travel impossible. That means  
we'll need to be in place before nightfall Friday evening (based on  
current storm predictions). Our most likely deployment locations will  
be the EOC and Carroll Hospital Center. Both locations have power and  
plenty of food and other amenities to make the evening's stay as  
comfortable as possible. Since those involved could be on location for  
24 hours or more due to the heavy snowfall, I recommend being prepared  
for an extended stay by bringing a change of clothing and a sleeping  
bag.
