Even if you only get on for a few minutes you can liven up the party (I won't 
have too much time this year) - and it does not overlap with the tailgate fest 
very much .... 


Our state is more active than WV, but lame compared to PA, OH or VA .... 

Let's make Carroll an easy to work multiplier (well if WY3P is participating 
that won't be a problem ...).  


Note exchange is Standard (STD) Carroll (CRL).  Multipliers are 23 counties + 
Balt city + DC + States + Provinces .... read the rules for the info.  The major 
logs support it, and if you are not skilled with one of these try GenLog (if you 
don't need CW sending ...).
