Greetings To All:

Our annual Tailgatest is this Sunday at the Ag Center and we can always 
use help with ticket sales, parking and clean up.

Most of us will be at the Ag Center between 6 - 6:30 am for the early 
birds and set up. Andy promised to bring coffee and doughnuts... The 
event usually starts winding down around 2pm - especially if it's hot. 
That's when we start cleaning up the trash and taking down the signs Etc.

We would appreciate any assistance:
Early Morning Ticket sales

Tickets and Parking through out the day until around 2pm

Clean Up and Tear Down - After 2pm
(someone with a pick up would be very helpful)

If you can help please let me know the time window you can serve..

We have a caterer who will be selling cold drinks and food...
