Steve
yes I believe I can do this. I am thinking mid or late morning, depending upon fit with other planned time slots.
I am suspicious a greater number of us can get on 10m, although perhaps we do have a quorum also on 6m.
We should consider what polarizations we collectively have for 10m ? No beam at my QTH - I am vertically polarized - and I am not high enough to have a great line-of-sight signal. If needed maybe I can also get a dipole up ....
I would like to recruit some alternate net controls for this - including someone central and high (like N8PK for example) to assist. I am suspicious my signal may not be able to get over the ridge Pat lives on (maybe this is Parr's Ridge??).
PSK31 is a nice mode to establish links between stations - because modern software (like even digipan) can display a bunch of signals simultaneously received if they are on different frequencies within a 2 kHz passband. Hmmmm - to speed up things we can ask stations checking in to call of frequency - and net control(s) can pick them all up at once !

Hi Curt;
Would you be willing to conduct a 10m PSK-31 net on Saturday April 24 - time your choice?

PSK-31 requires SSB rig operation. Simplex seems to imply in this case both (a) no repeater involved and (b) transmit and receive occur on same frequency. (another clue -- that freq is in the SSB/CW portion of the 6m band)
Of course I have not repaired my 6m transverter yet .... I suspect more folk have 10m capability to use PSK-31 so perhaps that should be considered.

Steve,
The PSK-31 net on 50.290 MHz, is that "simplex" as in FM mode? Or, is that simplex as in USB (Upper Sideband) mode?
