Hi Phil;

One popular program that has MT-63 capability is FLDigi. You should be  
able to find it on W1HKJ's website. It runs fine on Win2K.

The big deal with MT-63 is that it works pretty well with simple  
acoustic coupling - you don't need a sound card interface.
