CCARC Board of Directors Meeting
September 23, 2009

In attendance were Andy WO3L, Pete W3GVX, Chuck N3TOT, John AK3Z, Rich  
N3III, Gene KB3JHR, and Steve N3SB.

Topics:

1) W3QPW's son is liquidating his father's estate of equipment. The  
BoD will make contact and provide assistance.

2) Holiday Party - Targeting Sunday December 6 at the VFW Hall in Westminster.

3) Hamfest - Plans are being finalized. We'll be lining up support for  
the hamfest at the next club meeting.

4) Self Insurance and Repeater Replacement Fund - Pete W3GVX will be  
making a $1000 deposit to the fund later this week.

5) November Sweepstakes - Phone, coming up on Saturday November 21 & 22.
