CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 22-April-2009

In attendance were Andy WO3L, Curt WB8YYY, Pete W3GVX, Bill N3WM,  
Chuck N3TOT, Gene KB3JHR, John AK3Z, and Steve N3SB.

1)	Generator – The BoD will explore giving the generator back to the county.

2)	Club Station – Gene KB3JHR will be getting a couple new monitors  
for the club station.

3)	Clean-up – there will be a station and site cleanup on Saturday May 2.

4)	Field Day – a brief discussion was held about the Field Day plans  
for this year. The BoD will be attempting to tailor the FD plans to  
the enthusiasm levels of the club.

5)	FY2009 Budgets – the BoD will undertake budget preparation at the  
next BoD meeting.
