[K3PZN-List] Please help with hamfest flyers at Timonium

The BARC hamfest is happening Saturday and Sunday at the Timonium Fairgrounds.  This hamfest is perhaps our best opportunity for advertising our own events (Tailgate Fest  in August and Mason-Dixon in October). You can help the club accomplish that advertising by passing out flyers to the vendors (indoor and outdoor) on Saturday and Sunday.  

The flyers are now ready for pick-up at the club station.  Let me know what evening (except Friday) this week that you can pick up some flyers and I will arrange to meet you at the club station.  An alternative: meet me at Timonium fairgrounds on Saturday morning and pick up a bunch.  

Anyone who will have a table or a tailgate that could be used for staging/storing flyers, please let me know (and Thanks! in advance).
