CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 18-February-2009

In attendance were Gene KB3JHR, Tony KF3AK, Chuck N3TOT, Bill N3WM, and Steve
N3SB.
 
1)	Elections – The BoD will be making some phone calls to pull together a
slate.

2)	Hamfest – Our Tailgate and Hamfest contracts applications are being firmed
up. The flyer will be updated and made ready for copying. We’ll try to have
copies ready for the March club meeting.

3)	Holiday Party 2009 – December 13th has been picked for the club’s Holiday
Party, at the VFW Hall.

4)	March meeting topic – Elections.
