Hi Anthony,
Good to see you on the MDC Section Net
Conference on EchoLink last week!
If all else fails then try the RF Connection
of Gaithersburg, Md. via mail order:
The R.F. Connection

Web Pages:

See the pictures at
http://therfc.com/bnc.htm or
http://therfc.com/uhf.htm and
http://therfc.com/adapt.htm
to make sure you got the male vs. female
correctly identified on the BNC connector.
FYI, the rubber flex antenna to your old HT,
for example, uses a male, whereas the
connector mounted to the HT itself is a
female type. Of course you know that an
SO-239 is a SOcket or female, as opposed to
the PL-259 which is a PLug, but I digress.
(Cuz it seems that the general public
uses plug and socket interchangably when
talking 120 VAC electrical outlets and
extension chords!)
What timing. I am expecting a shipment of
N-type and SMA adapters from them at home
today!
Hope this helps others as well.
Cheers,
Pat

I'm looking for a BNC male to SO-239 adapter. I got this scanner and
it's
BNC in the back...Anyone have an extra I can buy off them and pickup
sometime this week?
