Board of Director's Meeting Minutes
July 22, 2009

Present at the Board Meeting were Andy WO3L, Bill N3WM, Kurt WB8YYY,  
Rich N3III, John AK3Z, Chuck N3TOT, and Steve N3SB.

1)Tailgate-Fest – Plans are on track for the Tailgate-Fest to be held  
on August 16th at the Ag Center. We've paid the rental fee, and our  
food vendor has been confirmed. We'll get the ticket belts prepared,  
and have change ready. Set-up starts at 4:00 PM on Saturday August 15th.

2)Maryland-DC QSO Party is coming up on August 8 – 9. Hours are  
Saturday Noon to Midnight, and Sunday from Noon to 8:00 PM. Food &  
drink plans will depend on how many members participate.

3)Antenna Work – there will be an antenna repair party on Saturday  
July 25 to get the Windom antennas connected to feed lines coming into  
the station.

4)August 10th Meeting Topic – Options include a debrief of the MDC QSO  
Party,  and an MT-63 presentation.
