Interesting post ... exactly 7 days after our scheduled August meeting.  

40-60 attendees ??  that would overwhelm our club's meeting site I think ??  if it's exaggerated a combined meeting might work.  of course postponing our meeting with a few days notice isn't wise ... but then again we could try.
