Carroll County Amateur Radio Club
Board of Director's Meeting Minutes
March 18, 2009

Present at the Board Meeting were Andy WO3L, Gene KB3JHR, Tony KF3AK, Chuck
N3TOT, Steve N3SB, and incoming BoD members John AK3Z, Rich N3III, and Pete
W3GVX.

1) Trailer Registration – the club received a renewal notice for the trailer.
The BoD will submit the renewal.

2) Site Cleanup and Station Maintenance day – Saturday May 2.

3) Field Day – This year is the “Away Year” as was mentioned during planning for
last years event. If anyone or a team would like to honcho the event this year,
please let the BoD know.

4) Hamfest and Tailgate-Fest  – the contract applications have been submitted.
The flyers have been been printed and are available in the radio room.

5) Club project ideas – the April club meeting feature topic will be a
discussion about undertaking a club construction project. 

6) Committees to be formed in April – Station, Training & Education, Repeater,
DCS, Field Day, Hamfest, Tailgate-Fest, Membership, QSL Bureau, Holiday Party,
Digital, Technical.

7) Club brochure – The club's membership brochure needs to be refreshed. A draft
will be made available at the next BoD meeting.
