Hi guys, I decided to E-mail this note because I have travel scheduled for
Sept. Oct and Nov and will probably miss meetings until the xmas luncheon.
One of your recent messages for those helping with the recent antenna
support get together indicated for volunteers to "bring their own tools". As
you know I am in the "twilight" years of my life and one of the things I am
determined to do (as my vitality lets me) is to downsize my belongings.
Before moving to the CLV retirement center I had two residences and
therefore had duplicate hand tools. If you are interested I will donate
those I won't need anymore so the ham shack can have them permanently. If
you let me know that you want them then I am willing to paint a color
identifier on each of them so that when someone uses them they know where to
return them and they won't get mixed up with members personal tools. Let me
know by E-Mail if you want them and also what color you want for
identification. Between now and the Christmas meeting I can probably find
time to color code them and then turn them over to the club.I usually avoid
green because they are too hard to see when you lay them in the grass. It
certainly won't hurt my feelings if you dont want them, so be up-front.73s
