CCARC Board of Directors Meeting, 3-March-2008

In attendance were Rich N3III, Tony KF3AK, Bill W3STG, Chuck N3TOT, Bill N3WM,
Frank K3MTT, and Steve N3SB.
 
1. Non-Profit Status – Tony KF3AK reported that the club’s non-profit status is
now in good standing..

2. Tailgate Fest / Hamfest – Bill N3WM will chair the tailgate-fest this year,
and will be the POC with the Ag Center. The contract with the Ag Center will be
submitted. The $75 application fee will come out of the BoD budget. 

3. Elections – Current Slate is:
