[K3PZN-List] FD Preparations (Have Fun and Make it Fun for Others!)

I will bring some one page color flyers for our welcome table.  This will point folk to the ARRL's special websites for people inquiring about amateur radio.  

Our expected press visitor may arrive between 3 and 4:30 ... and who knows we may have some unexpected press from the 5 local newspapers i contacted -- do welcome them!  

Also I will bring the ARRL bulletin sked ... we can copy it from the extra rig that W3JJH has set up, or we can get it from the digital station.

We need someone to prepare and send a message to our SM !  

We need to note (and log somehow) our visitors.  

And do make every effort to get our visitors, and members who may only be there a short time, onto the air!  We could prioritize at least one of our phone rigs for use by visitors/etc.
