OK, 

I originally asked a few people to test out the new registration form but no one responded.

We're are left with the options of using the old form, which does not match the county form, or going cold turkey with the new form & program & see what happens.

I decided we're going cold turkey & I've updated the link to the new form & program.

This means that if I find we have problems you may be asked to try again with an updated/corrected form or program.

Next time I request help in debugging a new form please try it out so I can see if we have problems BEFORE we have to actually use the form, thanks.
