In other news, I finally got my KAT100 Autotuner
working (its a mate to the 100w version of the K2, has
2 antenna ports ... has a real-time VSWR indicator to
let you know when its time to retune).  It was a
faulty connection back in the K2 (where control
commands are provided from the rig's front panel).  So
I am looking forward to giving this setup a testdrive
in the ARRL CW DX contest coming up (i will mostly be
on 80 and 40m using my MA8040 vertical).
