[K3PZN-List] CCARC Tailgate Fest This Sunday

Hi Gene:

Good to hear you can make it out...we appreciate you giving us a 
hand...The caterer should be on site  between 6:30 and 7am.. I plan to 
get there around 6:30. I just back awhile ago and things look pretty 
good. We have the parking lot staked out with ribbon. There were 4 or 5 
vendors already there setting up to spend the night.

We don't need anything from theFTC or the club's station that I know 
of..we have the PA system and ticket barrel..John K3KWO put up the signs.

We'll be on 146.475 simplex for operations which will leave the repeater 
open for talk  in traffic..Joe NY3M is running that from his QTH..
