Greetings To All:

As most of you know our Tailgate Fest is this Sunday..the weatherman is 
calling for a nice day. This event is one of the two large events we have 
that help support the club.  We would appreciate the help from anyone that 
can give us a couple of hours with parking and selling tickets Sunday 
morning. We will do preliminary set up Saturday evening around 4pm. The Fest 
is normally pretty well over by 1pm or so, that's when we can start cleaning 
up the area. This is the second time slot where we can use more help.

I spoke with the caterer today and he is scheduled to be at the Ag Center 
around 6:30 to set up for breakfast. With the great weather it has the 
makings of a very good event for us.

Joe NY3M will be doing talk in on the 145.41 repeater
We will be using 146.475 simplex as our operational frequency in order to 
keep the repeater open for talk in.

Please let me know if you can assist with either ticket sales/parking in the 
morning or afternoon cleanup.
