[K3PZN-List] Carroll County Tragedies

Hi Andy et al.
I am a member of St. Josephs who I guess is on the list to get picketed.
Although I don't agree with their actions nor do I really understand their
problem and how it involves us in any way, free speech is probably the most
important right declared to all of us.

Unless they would directly break a law, they have a right to express an
opinion even if it is obnoxious, insulting or just in plain bad taste. Given
the layout of St. Josephs, to be effective they would have to be well on St.
Josephs land and probably be near the entrance to the Church which could be
trespassing if a complaint were made.

It is a shame that these people who plan to protest will accomplish nothing
but to aggravate already desolate families.

Frank

A restraining order sounds like a good idea to me.
