We will be doing setup this afternoon at 4pm until whenever.  Tomorrow morning we hope to start around 5:30 to 6 am.  Since there is a Gun Show going on in the arena we aren't sure what the exact assignments will be.  This is a new thing so we need to be flexible.  They will be coming in the same road we do and might even park in the same area (unlikely).  Bill has the list.  As far as I know assignments were for Sat afternoon, Sun morning and Sun afternoon.  We didn't have enough volunteers to say 6 to 8, 8 to 10 that sort of thing.  We've gotten more volunteers so we should be able to give people breaks whatever.  But I think we have to play that by ear.  The gun show opens at 9 so that could be a real crunch time.  Maybe Bill has been able to work out a more hourly schedule - but with the gun show and the new entrance this will be a new experience.
