[K3PZN-List] Field Day Food Captain?

I just got back from 3 weeks in China and discovered
that plans are in full gear for field day.  If no one
has volunteered yet for food captain, I'll do it this
year...but I might need some pointers on how much
stuff to buy (and what).  I have a membership at BJ's
and can buy bulk.  Does the EOC have a full kitchen?
