Last year's Field Day was run as a NIMS-compliant training exercise.  This year,
let's do Field Day just for fun.  Of course, we'll try to get the best score
possible, but let's also spend some time playing with the radios.  That's the
idea behind the GIOTA (Get It On The Air) operating position.

Preparations continue.  Thanks to all those who are helping, lending equipment, etc.

WX3B has admitted to working the same magic he normally reserves for generators
with one of the club's Windom antennas.  Can I have a volunteer to check it out
and make a repair if necessary?

We can score 100 bonus points per station for each of three Non-traditional Mode
Demonstrations.  PSK31 and packet are not eligible modes.  SSTV, ATV, or APRS
are examples of qualified modes.  N8PK has volunteered an APRS setup.  Anyone else?

We still need a Food Captain.
