Chuck - good question --

the EOC is located south of Westminster not far from
Westminster High School. it is located just north of
the 32 and 97 crossing, on route 32. going north from
this crossing it is past the community college, and
past the high school then you will see the Cable
Company site -- there on the right side of the road
you will see a sign close to the ground that says
Emergency Services Training Center. this is also the
extension of Kate Wagner Road.

On this extension road - the ESTC (we also call it the
EOC) is on the left just past the cable TV enterprise
- its a low rise building with some large towers
behind iit containing ham and other antennas. note
you drive tthru (a normally open) fence gate to get
into the parking lot. the same complex also contains
a large barn - but we meet in the building next to
parking.

looking at this map, our meeting place is called the
Fire Training Center - this is now the ESTC --

if you have 2m in the car or a handheld, take it along
to help you find it.

KJ4 - another nice 'alien' call
