Congratulations to Rich N3III and Phil KE3FL - who made Front Page News with
their RACES support during yesterday's Hurricane Zephyr exercise. The photo
showing them operating a voice and digital station from the Armory Shelter is
one of just two photos associated with exercise coverage in the Times.
