Here's my 2 cents.

I think if a person is willing to help on the day of the tailgate or hamfest 
then they should not have to pay anything. If they want to sell their stuff 
(as a normal tailgater) then they should give up the $5 fee and not worry 
about it.

While the extra few dollars collected would add to the bank account, I have 
one question.

"When we need "worker bees" so much, WHY PISS OFF SOME OF THE MEMBERS and 
upset other's that are on the fence as to remain a member or not.

I don't remember the total numbers from last months report but it's more 
that enough for this club to function for years. This is all penny wise and 
pound foolish.

We need to spend our energy getting ex-members back active again and looking 
for new members to fill up the chairs again.


PS.    I did pay my $5 tailgating fee and was part of the cleanup detail.
PSS.  When one of the other tailgaters had a question for a club member, I 
answered his question because I was the ONLY club member onsite at the time.
