I've been concerned about the cost and intellectual property issues
regarding teaching the ARRL courses.

 

So, I've adopted the KY ECom courses instead.  They cover all of the
material contained in the ARRL courses.

 

Also, KY ECom offers free certification for on-line examinees.

 

I'm in the process of adapting it to our use.  (including updates).

 

The amount of time required will be about the same, but it looks like
the volume of information will increase.
