We usually have a "Club" table and a "Hamfest
Table"   At the Club table we have Club and/or
members things to sell and maybe some equipment
checking going on.

We also have a "Hamfest Table" where we have the
ticket stub drum; sell extra tickets; do the prize
drawings and award the prizes; answer hamfest /
ham radio / club questions;  log out the aprons
with change and receive money, aprons etc. back.
Usually The Treasurer is responsible for the
tickets and money etc.  I usually work that table
and assist the treasurer. Jerry Suvall  and I have
in the past helped count the money with the
treasurer and prepare it for deposit.

For the most part, those watching the Club table
were not responsible for the Hamfest table and
visa versa. One person at the Club Table is
usually sufficient.

I make this distinction between the two because
the Hamfest (Support) Table is central location
for the coordination of all activities at the
commencement of the Hamfest and need dedicated
personnel for a dedicated job as opposed to the
Club table which is loosely run. Therefore you may
want to distinguish between the two. 

I think N3SB did some vendor relations. My only
suggestion is to assign the function to the
"Hamfest Support Table.  if Steve wants to do this
again, he can work with the Hamfest  Support Table
as in the past.

I will be taking flyers down to the annual Middle
Atlantic Antique Radio Club Tailgate and auction
meet this weekend.
