I noticed this in a medical office yesterday:

ICE-In Case of Emergency

Conceived by a British EMT during the lastest Bombings in London, ICE- A new 
cell phone term which stands for (IN CASE of Emergency) is quickly being 
accepted around the world.  While very similiar to 911, this new cell phone 
term is simply linked to your cellular emergency call list of contacts. 
ICE- contacts allow medical personnel a way of getting help for you quickly 
by way of your cell phone in the event you are rendered incapacitated.
