Did anyone else receive an email from NOAA looking for incidents of heavy flooding? Date was 11/17/2006 from Richard Hitchens, Service Hydrologist. I believe it was due to being a member of Skywarn, but since this never happened before, thought would check with others. Wayne N3UN
