Actually, Baltimore County Races was activated at 5:05PM.

Although, they haven't had any serious communications, there are no evacuees
at the open shelter.

Also, the water is reported to be receding.

Therefore, the BTN was switched to 145.330.

The speculation is that the net will shutdown at ~7:00PM

The Baltimore area got hit hard, I was outside during
the worst of it unfortunately, lots of minor flooding
everywhere but with the rain stopping I don't think
there will be any activation.
