>From what I'm hearing on the BARC? repeater (146.670), it sounds like there's some problems just north of Balt. City.

Some intersections are closed due to flooding, others are in dangered.  I hear one ARO stating that the Red Cross was dispatching folks to assess the situation, (and prepare for possible activation.?)

According to RADAR, the rain has stopped in most/all of Carroll County, although the tornado watch is still effect until 6PM.

I will continue to monitor, but it doesn't look like ARES/RACES will be needed except maybe as relief for Balt. area folks.
