I have not yet heard that the FTC is, in fact, available this weekend.  I have 
also not had any offers of another facility.

Rain won't likely be a problem.  The site is well drain so standing water 
should be an issue.  High winds could force a shut down though.  As for 
operating from a tent in the rain, don't get my war stories started ...
