While we're discussing Field Day planning, do we need to rent
port-a-pots or does the campus have rest areas available?

Since we will be a couple of hundred yards from the nearest occupied
building,
we probably don't have to be concerned about generator noise.  The
club's genset
has a distribution panel that can feed several sites.  If we can't get
it
operational by Saturday, we'll need to beg, borrow, or steal another
unit.
