John, I can help Saturday afternoon with some of the setup but I work until 
3:30 so I could not get there till 4:30 or so. I plan on tailgating myself 
and will gladly pay the $5 for my space. After the fest is over I will help 
with the cleanup detail.

A small detail was overlooked at the last club meeting; we forgot to pass 
around the sign up sheet for helpers at the up coming Tail Gate Fest on 
August 13th.  At a minimum, we will need the following help:

Saturday August 12th Setup------------need 4 (signs, orange tape, etc)
Sunday afternoon cleanup----------------need 3 (general cleanup and sign 
removal)
