[K3PZN-List] 2006 August Tailgate Fest

To all,

A small detail was overlooked at the last club meeting; we forgot to pass 
around the sign up sheet for helpers at the up coming Tail Gate Fest on 
August 13th.  At a minimum, we will need the following help:

Saturday August 12th Setup------------need 4 (signs, orange tape, etc)
Sunday Ticket Sales (road)---------------need 2
Sunday parking attendents---------------need 4
Sunday Soda and Water Sales-----------need 2 (Pepsi products as required by 
the Agcenter)
Sunday afternoon cleanup----------------need 3 (general cleanup and sign 
removal)
Someone to do talk-in on 145.41Mhz-need 1 (this can be done from home if 
needed)

Let me know if you can help in these areas or anywhere else.  This is one of 
the annual fund raisers that supports the club so the more of us that can 
help, the easier it will be.
