Folks-

 

Last night at the DCS committee meeting, we reviewed the IS-700 course
that I've prepared.  We ran a little long at 90 minutes, but I overall I
think it went well.  After the lecture portion, there is an opportunity
to discuss how NIMS relates to Amateur Radio, and there is an
opportunity to review the final exam and complete any questions that
were missed during the lecture portion.

 

I have made some modifications to the course based on the comments last
night, and I hope that everyone will enjoy themselves.

Note: The ICS200+ course are huge, because they are activity/exercise
oriented instead of lecture oriented, which I think makes them more
interesting.  However, they will have to be scheduled for a weekend day,
and they should be done with other clubs participating.  More later.
