[K3PZN-List] Field Day 2006

That sounds just a little too public. Antenna
supports and towers may be a problem not to
mention a hazard. Noise may be a factor amongst
other things. I am not in favor for one, and
probably would not do field day if it was at such
a location. I believe as in the past, Field Day
means just that, not in the medium strip of a
highway or in a mall. I don't want to be
offensive, but we this has become the forum for
discussing and choosing the site and this is just
my opinion, no one else's. I guess you can't teach
an old dog new tricks after 45 field days.

John,
How about in the grassed islands surrounding the
Wal-Mart parking lot in Westminster? I lot of
people could see the club operation at that
location.
