Hi Bill:
I suspect you may have plenty of help lined up already, but in case you don't I'll be glad to give you a hand with your antenna project. The hamsticks are quite easy to tune and are a good way to go to get a limited space antenna. 10m is not open much nowdays, and ditto for 15m, but 20m is quite good still even in the waning part of the sunspot cycle. A couple of 20m hamsticks would work quite well as a dipole.
